Founding principles of the Govonos Institute
Govonos is born from a requirement: to conceive governance not as an exercise of power, but as a structured, measurable, and transmissible discipline. Faced with the fragmentation of norms, the crisis of trust in institutions, and the urgency of applied ethics, the Institute positions itself as a center for intellectual clarification and normative production.
Tangible Governance is our object of study. It rests on three pillars: contractual ethics (transforming values into action protocols), governance measurement (evaluating the quality of a structure through reliable indicators), and institutional transmission (training decision-makers capable of governing differently).
The Acta Tank: our operational function
The Acta Tank is Govonos' think tank. It produces analyses, normative tools, and concrete proposals for public decision-makers, institutions, and businesses. It is the place where thought becomes action.
The Institute
The official, recognized legal structure that carries Govonos' mission.
