Governance and Team

The Govonos Institute is an independent non-profit association, founded in Geneva. Its governance is based on principles of transparency, independence and accountability.

The Institute is chaired by Pascal Berchem, founder of the Acta Tank concept. He is supported by an Academic and Ethics Council composed of researchers, thinkers and practitioners from different fields. This council ensures the intellectual and moral coherence of the Institute's work.

The functions exercised within Govonos relate to internal institutional responsibilities specific to an ex ante institution and do not correspond to regulated academic titles.
