Govonos operates from Geneva, under Swiss law. The choice of jurisdiction reflects a tradition of institutional neutrality and the density of governance bodies established there.
The institute is responsible for the editorial content it publishes under its own mark. Work authored by external contributors binds its authors; it is published under the editorial charter and identified by DOI or ISBN where applicable.

Texts published by Govonos may be cited with attribution. Reproduction in full requires written permission. Citable works carry a persistent identifier.
