What Govonos is, what it is not, and why the name carries a method.
The name Govonos articulates two roots: governance as object, and continuity as condition. The institute is not concerned with declarations of intent but with what becomes visible over time — the portion of behaviour that becomes measurable.
Govonos is neither a consultancy, nor an advocacy body, nor a certification authority. It is an independent research institute that produces reviewed work, closed dialogues, and citable editions.
